Unless you are a member of the Headquarters Club, every person taking part in an open time trial must be a member of an affiliated club.
It is to the District Treasurer that all clubs must pay their subscriptions. All the money received (and all the money from event levies) goes directly to Cycling Time Trials. The District keeps none of it, but has to apply for development funds and expenses to the National Body.
Currently the annual subscription is £30 for non-sponsored clubs. This is due on 1st. October each year. Clubs that do not pay by this date are not eligible to vote at meetings held after this date. If the payment is not received by 31st December the club is deemed to have resigned. At this point a further £20 rejoining fee will be required before the club is reinstated. An extra £50 is required for clubs wishing to carry advertising on their race clothing or have a company name or product included in their club title.
All payments should be made to the District Treasurer
Mr. Rob Bailey 49 Meadway, Bramhall, Stockport SK7 1JZ
with cheques made payable to CTT.
It is particularly important for early season promoters to check that local clubs have paid their membership for the coming season.
