Police Headquarters Addresses
Under the current regulations it is only necessary to notify the police that an event is to take place; you are not seeking permission. Forms are available from the District Secretary or can be downloaded at www.cyclingtimetrials.org.uk/resources_forms.htm
To comply with the regulations you need to send a police notification form to EACH
of the constabularies within whose jurisdiction your event falls. For most promoters
this will usually mean just one but if you are in doubt please check with the courses
secretary who has complete details. You are advised to do this at least 8 weeks before
the event and to ensure you can prove you have complied then either:-

3 -
Mr Ian Ross 26, Brook Road, Lymm, Cheshire, WA13 9AH
NOTE: If your event is in Cheshire then you can e-
abnormal.loads@cheshire.pnn.police.uk
(yes, that's right!) and then copied to the Open Event Secretary -
